What data we process, why and on which legal basis
When visiting poskocni.si we only process data necessary for the operation of the site or data you provide to us yourself. The table below details the categories, purposes and legal bases of processing under Article 6(1) GDPR:

Cookies and similar technologies
The poskocni.si website uses a minimal number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies, which enable basic site functions (language preference, cookie choice), are loaded without consent under Article 157 of the Slovenian ZEKom-2.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are loaded only after your explicit consent in the cookie banner. Prior to consent, all GA cookies are blocked via Google Consent Mode v2.
How to withdraw consent: click the round cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of the page, then choose "Reject". Your choice is stored locally in your browser and applied on every future visit.

Data processors and international transfers
We rely on carefully selected data processors under Article 28 GDPR. Each processor has signed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and processes data only on our instructions:
- Web hosting provider — the server hosts the website and access logs (EU based).
- Email service provider — sending contact-form messages (SMTP service).
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4) — anonymised analytics, only with your consent.
- Softbase d.o.o. — technical maintenance and development of the website.
International transfers (US): Google Analytics 4 may transfer data to the United States. The transfer is safeguarded under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC, EU Commission Decision 2021/914). IP addresses are anonymised prior to transfer.
Your rights under GDPR
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2) you have the following rights:
- right of access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- right to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- right to erasure — "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17 GDPR),
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR),
- right to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR), without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
You may exercise any of these rights by writing to booking@poskocni.si. We respond without undue delay, at the latest within one month of receiving the request (Art. 12(3) GDPR).
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, gp.ip@ip-rs.si).
Changes to the privacy policy
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy periodically due to changes in legislation, technology or business practices. The current version is always published here, with the date of last update.
Where possible, we will announce material changes in advance.
